They better hope that the thing doesn't go to trial then because if their grand jury testimony becomes public, I am assuming that an admission under oath in court could cause some troubles some of which would have some legal fall-out. I suspect that the USATF wasn't a party to the immunity agreement. Here's hoping it goes to trial.
