    Ya think?

    Interesting because when the scandal first broke and MLB players were linked to it there were stories written that they could not retest because the samples no longer existed.

      It would only be a problem IF they lied and IF they were taking drugs. NYT has an article in tomorrow's edition where Rains says about Bonds:


      "The federal government appears intent on trying to set a perjury trap for the San Francisco slugger Barry Bonds in the Bay Area steroids scandal, Bonds's lawyer said in an interview Friday night

      "I think they're trying to make an example out of him,""


      He goes on to say:

      ""I think the government looks like a bunch of buffoons and amateurs," Rains said."
