Assuming you mean Zhanna Block, if the news reports that she received steroids from BALCO are true and if the evidence to that effect is solid and comes out in the course of the BALCO court case, you can bet WADA will go after her.
At a guess, USADA would not be at liberty to share the evidence it got from the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee with an international agency before the court case is concluded, but who knows? The Justice Dept. providing such evidence from an ongoing case, that clearly doesn't involve national security, to the Senate and then the Senate sharing it with others arguably would not have been expected at other times in U.S. history when individuals' rights were more carefully protected by the executive branch.
Don't misunderstand me; I laud USADA for catching cheaters, but the Justice Dept. release of the evidence has potential to compromise the criminal prosecutions among other possible undesired results.
