Well the documents say MJ and refer to Trevor, CJ, etc. - Obviously either she has something to do with them, or someone wants someone else to think she does. Pulling crap like 'it could be Michael Jackson' doesn't make them (lawyers) or her look any better.
The one bit of new info in this article is saying that there were no incriminating emails from Marion. Of course, that's just from the pages they were provided, from the entire 50+ pages of purported evidence.
