  • Collins' lawyer would resist-NYT

"We're going to fight it. That's our position. Michelle Collins has passed every drug test she has ever taken, including last summer when they were looking for these products."

I'm assuming she could get an injuction allowing her to compete in O.Trials. But I would think they wouldn't do the same if Michelle gets a 400 or relay place and attempts to make the team. It would be pointless, she isn't running at the Games,if she's named/banned. Assuming a strong case against Collins or Jones: "She'll never get a lane in Athens. They'll need to send us evidence if an athlete fights," said IAAF. USA Today.

What the hell do they think they're doing? They don't have Masback dragging his feet for them anymore -- they're a bug in the headlights and a runaway Peterbilt is bearing down hard.
