I'm assuming she could get an injuction allowing her to compete in O.Trials. But I would think they wouldn't do the same if Michelle gets a 400 or relay place and attempts to make the team. It would be pointless, she isn't running at the Games,if she's named/banned. Assuming a strong case against Collins or Jones: "She'll never get a lane in Athens. They'll need to send us evidence if an athlete fights," said IAAF. USA Today.
