Good article. It goes to the heart of what I've been saying about this issue not being written in stone just yet despite the pronouncements of the USADA to the contrary. Also, given that this new rule going into effect as of March 1, 2004, I think a good case can be made that they won't be able to make anything stick unless there is factual evidence, not just circumstantial as the BALCO cases are dated prior to March 1, 2004.
