I'm sure they do. That's why they provide all this info on their site to begin with. But all this stuff takes time and I happen to know that their staff is small, they work very hard--especially at this time of year--and they just can't do everything they'd like to do. I, for one, am appreciative of what they're doing. I don't doubt that you are too and I did not mean to criticize you for pointing out the staleness of the lists on their site. I was just trying to explain why that's probably happening and offer the thought that if they have to make hard choices about what to do and what not to do, I, for one, agree with their de-prioritizing the updating of a list that others are updating more regularly.

Thanks for the lecture. One would have thought, however, they would want to keep people on this site. If you click elsewhere they lose you and I'm sure they want to start selling more banner ads etc in the future, when acesses, and length of visits are what counts. Anyway, I'm at work and it's easier to stay here rather than click around the web!

see how to spell his name)<

Given the fact that there are other sources of this information (most notably the IAAF's website, which I believe updates its lists weekly, it does not bother me that T&FN does not give that task a high priority. I'm sure they've been busy as hell doing other things during this championship season, and I suspect these are things that are more important not only to them but to their readers and Internet users. Yes, it's nice to have it all in onc place, but we all know how to find it somewhere else.

I do, however, appreciate the fact that you cared enough about spelling someone's name correctly. Not every poster does.

Carl Myerscough has to be up there, he's 6' 10". Hey T&FN guys, isn't it about time you updated your lists? They're almost 2 months old (had to see how to spell his name)

    Who's the biggest?

Just out of curiousity, and to try to get the historical board moving again, who has the great honor of being the largest (height and /or weight) high level thrower of all time?

    Hows about the smallest?

Though I know this board is dominated by runner types, it may give y'all something to do whe board, I guess, I dont know.
