    This is pure speculation, but what world record holder in his prime (male) would have been able to lift the LEAST weight in the weight room?

      Wouldn't you have to define it as a % of body weight? I'm actually surprised at how little that NFL linemen, for example, can bench when it's defined that way.

          How about Harald Norpoth? I saw a photo of him in a book about his coach (Ernst Van Aaken) and he looked like a skeleton!
