    And again... did not happen.

Look at this list from Rice University -- https://riceowls.com/documents/2020/...une_1_2020.pdf

    Brown's best was 10.38.

Flagstaff - July 2000 - this profile says it is Nick Hysong (although I note gm's scepticism) - https://www.teamusa.org/usa-track-an...es/Nick-Hysong

Ponce - May 1990 - based on the profiles in the World Athletics site, the race on 25 May was won by John Mair (JAM) in 10.20 and Patrick Williams (JAM) was 2nd in 10.24

10.34 by Nwankwo - this was discussed last month - the ATFS shows it as hand-timed - https://forum.trackandfieldnews.com/...-more-unknowns

10.34 by Ezinwa on 1 Aug 1991 - this was in Lagos (at the National Championships)

10.35 by Bufuku on 20 Mar 1993 - maybe there is a typo in the date ? TN shows he ran 10.35 at the JUCO championships on 20-22 May 1993 in Odessa.

10.34 by De Souza on 29 Aug 1992 - according to World Athletics he ran 20.40 the next day at Presidente Prudente so it seems likely the 100m was at the same place.

I'll try to look at the others later.

          A couple more comments...

10.35 by Delice in 1993 was at the Texas Relays (wind = +4.1) - https://texassports.com/documents/20...ASRELAYS93.pdf

10.35A by Nolet in Monachil on 10 Aug 1993 - there may be a typo as this compilation shows him running 10.35 at Monachil on 10 Aug 1999 (not 93) - https://www.rfea.es/ranking/altt/alltimeESP_2017.pdf. The linked list shows Nolet was 3rd in race D (wind -0.2) and Carlos Berlanga was 2nd in race D in 10.30 (wind -0.2). It does not mention who was first - as it is a list of Spanish results this suggests the winner was not Spanish. World Athletics shows Trevino Betty (CAN) ran 10.27 (wind -0.2) on 10 Aug 1999 at Monchil so presumably he won race D.

10.33 by Courtney Brown - I have nothing further to add to my comments when this question was asked last month - https://forum.trackandfieldnews.com/...more-mysteries

              D.J. Smith (Usa) 2) 10.34 1.0 Fresno 12 May 2007.
