      Also mile WR - 4:29.5, Aug. 8, 1973 at Viareggio, first sub-4:30. She also had six World Bests (mostly before events were recognized by the IAAF): 3000m 9:42.8 and 9:38.0 in 1969, and 9:09.2 in early 1972; 5000m 16:17.4 and 15:53.6, also in 1969; 10,000m 35:30.5, 1970. (Her 9:38.0 was en route to the 15:53.6, which was in a mixed-sex race).
