Talking Sam Cunningham got me thinking about brothers in sports, but will only talk track bros here (pro rasslin' has a lot of brothers). As we know Sam a weight man with Randall a high jumper.

Gale Sayers led the nation in the long jump as a HSer, his older bro Roger a world class sprinter who once beat Bob Hayes.,

Jackie Robinson was an NCAA long jump champ his older bro Mack an Olympic 200m silver medalist.

Rafer Johnson an Olympic decathlon gold, his bro Jim a stud hurdler at UCLA (Hall of Fame NFL)

    Asafa and Donovan Powell.

Alvin and Calvin Harrison, Kevin and Jonathan Borlee,, Robert and Webster Johnson, Melvin and Malcomb Spence, Curtis and Marvin Mills all ran on the same 4x4 teams. Butch and Jeff Reynolds also 400m cats.

Joel and Tom Andrews, Joel a sprinter, Tom a hurdler.

Gene and Joe Pouncey ran on a HS 4x1 record team, then there was DeMario Wesley and ...ah...forget, they also ran on a HS record 4x1.

I know there are more, so who else? Father and son, father and daughter?

Some from the top of my head:

Imre Németh won the hammer in 1948, his son Miklós won the javelin in 1976 with WR.
Jorma Kinnunen won javelin silver in 1968 and threw WR in 1969, his son Kimmo won WC in 1991 and WC silver in 1993, Kimmo's son Jami is also a decent 80m thrower.
Nina Holmén won EC 3000m in 1974, her son Janne won EC marathon in 2002.

        The Stewarts were pretty useful:

Ian - Olympic 5000 bronze, World cross-country and European Indoor 3000 golds in close order in 1975, once was 2nd on the world all-time list at 5000 (when winning 1970 Commonwealth Games)
Peter - 1971 European Indoor 3000 gold and held British mile record
        Mary - 1977 European Indoor 1500 gold and 1978 Commonwealth 1500 gold

For good measure, Mary's son, Adam Cotton, won the 2011 European U20 1500. Now appears to live in San Francisco and work in something like molecular biology?

Grazyna and Elzbieta Rabsztyn the Polish 100m hurdlers. The latter married Harald Schmid.
                    Renaud and Valentin Lavillenie.
                    Carl and Carol Lewis.
Al and Jackie Joyner. The former married Florence Griffith of course.
Joetta and Hazel Clark. Their brother married Jearl Miles.

Twins include Domingos and Dionisio Castro and Alvin and Calvin Harrison.

British international twins include Ann and Paula Yeoman (later Ford and Fudge respectively), Angela and Susan Tooby (the latter married distance runner and now stadium announcer, Geoff Wightman and their son is sub 3:30 1500 runner Jake Wightman), Alan and Andrew Graffin, Rita and Iris Lincoln and Marina and Shireen Samy. All of these are middle and long distance runners.

The Kolehmainen brothers - Hannes, Tatu and William. At one point Hannes held the marathon world best for amateurs and William the world best for professionals, both lasted for quite a while. (There was a fourth brother, but he was considerably less famous.)

"Father" Järvinen, Olympic gold medalist in the Greek-style discus in 1906, and his sons Kalle (first European to break 15 meters in the SP), Aki (two-time Olympic silver medalist and WR setter in the decathlon) and Matti (10 WRs in the javelin, Oly gold and two EC golds). They also had a less famous fourth brother.

The Crousers - Dean, Mitch and Brian in the first generation, and Ryan, Sam and Haley in the second. Feel like I might be forgetting somebody.

Would you have really put the Johnson brothers on here if they weren't hosting Lets Run? Or maybe I am ignorant and there is a Robert/Webster Johnson duo? The Lets Run brother is Weldon.
