Man, several former teammates on that video. And I've met many of the interviewees. Good to see Grammy get his due at times there! Interesting that Dave Kindred lends his gravitas to this project. Random connection between the famous sportswriter and me is that we both played basketball for Atlanta. Dave was a varsity player for Atlanta high school (yes, still Illinois), and I played on the Atlanta Elementary School team many years later (by then the HS was part of a larger consolidated district). The old HS gym was the last surviving structure from the old high school by the time I attended 6th grade there. As you might guess from my handle here, I'm somewhat of a fan of old gyms...
