The greatest decathlete topic got me to thinking about who has the most potential in other sports to be a top decathlete. Here's my list off the top of my head.

Football
Past - Bo Jackson
Present - Michael Vick

Basketball
Past - Dan Majerle
Present - Allen Iverson

Baseball
Past - Jackie Robinson
Present - Kenny Lofton

Track (other than decathletes)
Past - Bubka
Present - Allen Johnson

Well I know Todd Christensen has the world record for 45 year olds in the Octathlon or Decathlon, so he would be another top guy.........

pretty sure Bo has done a Dec or two, but this is just me remembering a sportscentury i saw on him last year back when i had cable. it also mentioned that track was his favorite sport in HS!
