when michael johnson broke the 400m wr in 43.18 he looked like he had more in the tank and that he wasnt running flat out it looked like he could of gone alot faster considering his 4x400m split time is 42.94 i think he could of gone faster than that in a 400m race with a good reaction

You are a one-trick pony and EVERY single one of the threads you start is the same: do you think/I think so-and-so could have gone faster than the record/his/her personal record, etc.

Curt, the answer to all your questions is yes -- so-and-so was probably physically capable of going faster than his/her personal record.
