THAT BALL, THAT MANY OF YOU LIKE TO CALL A "SHOT PUT" IS IN FACT CALLED A "SHOT" !!!!
THE EVENT IS CALLED THE "SHOT PUT" BECAUSE YOU "PUT" THE "SHOT" !!!!
The caps were deliberately left on in order to EMPHASIZE the point!
