                    Actually, Rono was NOT the last male to set a WR in Vienna. Thomas Schoenlebe set a world indoor 400 record there in 1986.

                            not sure of where but think it was George Davies, at 15' 10 1/4", somewhere in the midwest, like in Oklahoma. Think he went to Okla. St.so as a flat out guess I'll say Stillwater. 1961 I think.

                                Yes, that pole vault genius kuha1 got the correct answer. I believe it was at the 1963 Big 8 meet.
