    Re: Birthday question

Also Emil Zatopek and his wife were born on the exact same day. We only hope they weren't twins.

World record holding high jumpers Valery Brumel and Ni-Chi Chin (unratified record) were born on the same day, in the same general quadrant of the world, but I don't think they were twins...

    Re: Birthday question

Yes, the answer is the Castro Twins. Domingos was the silver medalist at the 1987 WC 5000 and a heart-breaking 4th (pipped at the line) in the Seoul 5000. Twin brother Dionisio was WR holder for 20K on the track and once missed the WR for the hour run by one meter. I met them once in Boulder a few years ago. Pleasant fellows, however they speak very little English. (Or at least to me they did.)

As for their relation to F.C. and the conspiracy theories, I will leave that to Oliver Stone.

You got it. Dionisio and Domingos Castro were both born on Nov. 22, 1963.

Well then, there were a couple of Portuguese distance runners that were pretty good sometime
in the 80's both named Castro one was probably Domingo Castro. I don't think that I ever knew they were twins. Good question though.
Did you think about them because of the date Nov 22 and the whole conspiracy scene?

Hey, guys you are losing focus here. It is not that hard a question. For a hint they are distance runners.

Re: The Styrons, Dave was a sprinter 9.3 or 9.4 and Don was the hurdler held w-rec in the 220H and was a 49 something 440H. I can't remember if they were twins but I think Jerry Tarr beat Don's record.
