Re: BLACK COLLEGES/ your opinion
Any top list would have to include Alice Coachman (TUSK), Edwin Moses (MOREH) Lee Calhoun (UNCC), Ralph Boston,Willie Davenport (SOUTH),Edith McGuire (TSU), Wyomia Tyus, Vince Matthews, Steve Riddick (NORF),Reynaud Robinson (FAM), Rod Milburn (SOUTH), and Willye White (TSU). We also produced Josh Culbreath, George Rhoden, and the great Morgan State runners of 1948-55.

How about all those Tennessee State gals ?

1. Moses *
2. Hayes
* If indeed Morehouse is a "traditionally black college"... hopefully we have now grown up and are moving further and further away from these distinctions.

The HBCU is an association of almost 100 "historically black colleges and universities." Morehouse may be the most prestigious academic institution of all of them.

Hey, I'm delighted to hear that. I just like to think that we can start to get to the point where these types of distinctions are ancient history, not just history.
