Gang,in 1996 I stayed at an inn, one of the other guests was a young lady who drove up from Atlanta (inn was on Martha's V'yard, long drive, but she had attended Brown and was accustomed to the lengthy drives). She told me and others her boyfriend was an Oly trials level pole vaulter. The Games occurred soon thereafter, and I always wondered if she was dating Charles Austin. Does anyone know or recall where he trained in the mid-1990's? Where he lived? I never asked her, not wanting to pry (always assumed I'd run into her another year, she and the owner said she was an annual guest)
