USATF bios

Who has contacts at USATF or knows who's responsible for editing and updating the bios of athletes? I know there are a lot of people to keep track of and many, many stats to update, but I just had a glance at Ryan Shay's bio to check some PRs and it's a little upsetting that it appears not to have been updated since January 2007. That's remarkably insensitive.
