Australia - Patrick Johnson
Canada - Donovan Bailey (if you don't count Ben, which i'm sure you don't)
Cuba - Silvio Leonard
Ghana - Leonard Myles-Mills
GB - Linford Christie
Jamaica - Ray Stewart
Nigeria - Sean Ogunkoya
Poland - Marian Woronin
Is there some trick to this? Or is it just straight forward.

I was there. When they announced the time and wind I simply didn't believe it so I went and stood by the start. There was a semi-gale behind me.

Still, it's

Actually on the 'Algonet Statistics' pages (courtesy of Peter Larsson) lists this mark as;
'Doubtful wind-reading';
doubtful wind-readings
Davidson Ezinwa (NGR) 9.91s (-2.3m/s) 1st place in Azusa on the 11th of April 1992.
