Anyone beat Alisa Harvey for time between sub-5 miles?

Alisa Harvey ran an indoor 1600 in 4:56 last Sunday in Maryland. She's 43, and she tells me her first sub-5 came in February 1983. That's nearly 26 years ago!

Can anyone beat Alisa's sub-5 longevity? Wysocki, Slaney, Podkopayeva?

Alisa said she had to elbow some high school boys in her race. :lol:
