Tom Fahey, a world-class masters discus thrower and exercise professor at Chico State, has posted an appeal for some info. Any help would be appreciated!

The basics are free, but US lists are not.

First source should be the National T&F Library in Los Angeles:

They have a full run of T&FN, and will photocopy items for a fee (I don't know how much.)

Or just find a library in a real city at a real university
Many have T&FN on microfilm, at least in my experience, and it goes all the way back.
