According to the IAAF, Kemp won't make 43 until June 18, but Rolandas Verkys (2.34 PR) made 43 yesterday.

I was using TFN (January, 1996) and Wikipedia: Both say March 18. As far as ATFS, they use whatever IAAF has which could be wrong. March 18 could be wrong, too. I will research it and see what I get. Whatever month it appears he was born on the 18th!
