Just wanted to say happy birthday today (Wednesday) to Carlos Lopes, Marita Koch, and Colin Jackson. Lopes is 57 today, Koch turns 47 today, and Jackson has his 37th today. Some great memories from those three. The distance runner born in the 40's, the sprinter born in the 50's, and the hurdler born in the 60's. Any good stories on those three?

Did they ever compete in a meet together? '86 Euros is only probable crossover point but I suspect Lopes was retired by then? -
