I've just started reading 'Sonia - My story' and can't recommend it highly enough. She's brutally honest, willing to admit mistakes and gives great insights into her training, life on the circuit, race tactics and how it feels to compete on the biggest stages. Quite a contrast to the snorefest that was Paula's book. I love her but her book read as if it had been edited to appeal to 'Hello' magazine readers who would be put off by boring athletics-related details like training and race tactics but would be fascinated by the early stages of her relationship with Gary.
