That's a good one. I just did some poking around to satisfy my curiosity, and if it's the guy I'm thinking of, one of the interesting things about him is that he's the only guy from his country ever to win a medal in the event he won a medal in.

I say no for the same reason as Mimoun; Halberg won an Olympic Gold !
