Same concept as a slightly earlier thread about the deuce. Equalizing for training methods, times run at altitude, surface tech:
1. Bob Hayes USA
2. Donovan Bailey CAN
3. Steve Williams USA
4. Maurice Greene USA
5. Carl Lewis USA
6. Linford Christie GB
7. Usain Bolt JAM
8. Valery Borzov USSR
(I don't have Owens here, but understand the contention for his inclusion in the dream 200. Obviously, in his day, his career easily eclipses Christie's or Williams'. These are just the guys I would like to see coaxed to stratospheric times by Bolt, for my own reasons (longevity, explosion capab., height being among mine). A case can be made for Owens here too, but I like him more for an all-time LJ)
