Not exactly a trio but Mehdi Baala's brother Samir is a marathoner who ran at the World Champs in Berlin and Mehdi's wife (Samir's sister-in-law) used to be a pretty good 1500m runner.

Bernard Lagat's family is very sporting-oriented too. His sister, Mary, won the African 3000m champs in the 1980s and he has a couple of brothers who are pretty good marathoners in the 2:10-2:12 range.

There's also the Barsosio sisters (Sally, Florence and Chepkemoi) and their cousin is Susan Sirma.
