    why did foster never qualify for olympics and avoid kingdom and vice versa for world champs?, only qualies that i can see thay raced was 92 when kingdom didnt finish and foster was 4th

    In 1988 Foster hand a broken arm and had to run with the cast.

          That's cuz he never qualified. For some reason, he was always injured or otherwise not in top shape in WCh seasons. He only ran 13.51 in 1987, did not race in 1991 and had a best of 13.40 in 1993.

            Also the U.S. boycott of 1980 prevented Greg from competing.

              Greg never made the '80 Team that didn't compete in Moscow. Skeets, Dedy Cooper, and Tonie Campbell made the team that wasn't just to put things into context.

                You're also overlooking that during Kingdom's peak years he only had shot at one WC, not the three that somebody in his position would today.

                As in, the years after each of his Oly titles, '85 and '89, were not WC years.
