Ken Flax threw 246-02 (75.04) in the javelin at Eugene on May 10, 1986. I'm looking for the name of the meet and how he placed. I don't have Track Newsletter for 1986, and I can't find any detail in Track & Field News, and he had several superior marks later the same year, so it doesn't appear to have gotten into the FAST annual anywhere. This was two weekends before the Pac Ten Championships.
