There is no fourth option. As much as I appreciate your knowledge of sprinting, I am done with you.
Pego, you and Daisy tried. But it is a hopeless cause with some....No matter how much they may know, they still can become a bore.
Oh please...sheesh! There are tons of others who see it just like me and Trackdaddy do. So it works both ways.
Unfortunately you probably are right. Bores are very common.

So you do accept the fact we do have the races?
Did I say we don't? Ever? Read the details of my posts, if there is to be conversation. "Jeewhizz, look at that black guy go", is not enough for me.

Damn that Avante and Trackdaddy  they aren't falling for.....so what if we all look different, we are really just the same.
Have you read my last post? Where does it imply "we are really just the same"? Yours is exactly the kind of argumentation that brings out the worst in debaters. Intentionally twisting and misinterpreting what others say used to be called "agent provocateur", in the language of Internet a "troll".
A troll...hahahaha!!!!!!!!!! How many times have you read me talking about historical aspects of sprintdom? Hell I can tell you every sprinter who ever played the NFL and I need to troll???????????

The bottom line is that yes we do have the different races, yes there are big differences between them. To not see that is being blind. Forget skin color, that has nothing to do with it. We could all be green and we'd still see those multitude of differences.

Let's look closely at the east Africans that share a gene for endurance running. It is obvious that Kenyans or Ugandas look different than the Ethiopians. Their skin color is also clearly different. There is no doubt that those are not a homologous population.

Yes, the best sprinters are black. Yes the best endurance runners are black. For you and Avante, it is enough, case closed. Some of us tend to look beyond the obvious. It was suggested that it is semantics we debate. I disagree, it is the degree of inquiry into a very interesting question.
    Pego

There are only two types of competitive running...sprinting and endurance.

And you're agreeing that (black) people of African origin dominate both or ALL.

Good job. After those two things there's nothing on the track left to do.

And I agree that all of the continent of Africa doesn't look exactly alike but while that isnt the point, at the same time IT IS EXACTLY the point.

    Why?

Because it supports Avante's and my position that an association can be made with athletic prowess and black people in a more general fashion. That is, it isnt just west Africans who are athletic, its related to a broader genetic predisposition associated with peoples who are descended from that continent.

He's telling you like it really is. If you honestly believe there aren't "huge" differences in us earthlings, you aren't paying attention. I'm 6-2, now that's not really tall unless I'm walking the streets of Hong Kong or Toyko, which I have in my Navy days. I rarely came in contact with anyone taller than myself "over there". Have you ever been to Nigeria or Mexico, how about Samoa and the Phillipines? Are you trying to say you didn't notice a huge difference in the people? Why even try to play that? Hell how obvious can something be? I notice my..."ever notice the size with speed we see in black athletes?"...keeps being ignored. Why is that? Tell me Daisy how come we only see that combo (in abundance so save...Riggins was big and fast) in black athletes? Please don't tell me anything about social, culture or enviornment...ok? No matter where they live or what social, cultural background, there it is. I'm going to tell you Daisy, it's in their physical make up, characteristics.. unique.. to the race. Things only found in "abundance" in the Negroid race. In every living things we see this. Varieties inside a species. In humans we call it a race. Animals a breed. Sure a Collie and a Chow are both dogs. Yet they are totally different. See where I'm going there? So when it comes to humans we are the exception? You have any idea how many different kinds of trees, plants, grass there is? Name one thing where we don't see that? Yes Daisy we do have unique characteristics in humans that give us....race.

    Work with me here...

The Martians have landed and want to talk to the leaders from all the nations on earth. So there they are, the Asians, the Middle Easterners, the Africans, the Europeans, the Americans, Mexico etc etc. So after a speech designed to assure peace between the worlds, the Martian spokes..ah..person? says....if all the races on earth can get along..........now there's you raising your hand...

    Martian...you in back, yes?
Daisy...sorry sir but there is only one race, the human race
Martian...you gotta be kidding me. Don't tell me that tall gentleman (pointing towards the rep from Nigeria) is the same race as him (pointing towards the rep from the Phillipines)....on Mars we accept our differences young lady.
Daisy...(thinking...I should have listened to Avante and Trackdaddy).... ops:
