    Ben used to jump out with both feet slightly before his hands i think its illegal now. Yeh he had a hell of a start!!

        You are right! And that terrific jump start from 1988 was no longer so effective when he returned.
        It required power that was no longer there.
        Oh i'am sure the power was there!! when you take extended time off in athletics you lose something every time.

          Every time I ever saw Borzov run, I thought it was Hary again. Very similar start and acceleration mechanics. Borzov had the better top-end.
