Memorial Service for Pat Rico on June 11th

The USATF press release went out this afternoon announcing the passing of Pat Rico yesterday. She was the colleague, friend, and mentor of numerous people in the sport, and she led USATF to recovery after becoming its President at the end of 1996 when it was heavily in debt. A grand lady to who the sport owes much. May she rest in peace with her husband Helio who passed away four years ago.

There should be details about a memorial service in the future.

A USATF release went out about the memorial service: it will be held at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton-On-Hudson, NY on Friday evening, June 11th - the day before the Diamond meet. Also, a memorial fund is being established. Go to:
