One thing that race clip reminds me of is the excessive number of major European nations in those days that wore predominantly blue*, which often made races in European Champs and Cup finals quite confusing to watch.

*in particular the GDR, France, Italy and Finland. In later years than 1974, Yugoslavia wore a darker blue than here to add to the problem.
