Does anybody remember the Helms Hall of Fame in Culver City?

I used to live 2 blocks away as a kid and visited there often. The director took a liking to me and when he cleaned house every so often he would give me some of the stuff. Old programs, stuff like that.

No, it was dismantled after the pastry company was sold. The main building became an antigue consignment mall.

Do they sell barbudes there as well as antigues?

The Helms Hall was great. I use to visit it often. A lot of the memorabilia from the Helms Hall is now over on Adams Street in Los Angeles. I haven't been there yet, but several people have told me it is a fantastic place to see.

Tell me more about the Adams location and what it is.

Bill Schroeder was the director at the Helms Halls of Fame. A great guy.

I've never been to the Adams Street site, however I know they have a library and lots of track and field materials. Several of my friends have told me that it is an excellent place.
