Going through my loft this weekend I came across a Book called "Finnish Running Secrets" that I bought at a track meeting at Crystal Palace in 1974.Inside I found autographs by Lasse Viren,Steve Prefontaine,Jos Hermans,Brendan Foster and many more!!
