Others on this board could tell you more authoritatively than I, as I was a latecomer to the darkwing site by about 2-3 years or more.

As far as I'm aware, the darkwing site is defunct. It was a t&f e-mail thread group that predatesd the web(?), or at least predated this T&FN site by several years.
