Aw man, you put that on a post during the NCAA tournament and that was my pick. Sadly, she passed away here in Las Vegas 2 years ago. Sheila Tarr Smith was a fireman here in Las Vegas.

ps- even if not right answer, was she younger sister, or daughter, of Jerry Tarr?? (My guess wouldve been Marlene Harmon,though.)
