Harrisonburg (Va) 23 April 1988 as his 1988 best.

So where and when did that 20.69 happened?

Or is it just another typo?

According to all-athletics.com, the Omagbemi time of 20.68 was at Houston on 6 May. No wind reading is given, however, the mark is in their "wind irregular" list
