My two cents:

1. MJ (low to mid-19.8; his prelim showed that sub-19.9 was doable)
2. Capel (low to mid-19.9 -- he would have been thrown by MJ's lead)
3. Greene (low to mid-20.1 -- combination of lane draw, and the fact that he just wasn't in MJ's league)

And those are somewhat liberal estimates.
