      From the article:

"a Canadian jazz-rock trio called Mashmakan utterly unknown south of the border;"

        Re: Re:

That train ride was nothing compared to an Amtrak I once took. There had been a 7 point something earthquake off Arcata, CA on the day I was traveling between Olympia, WA and LA. We were high on a railway trestle over San Francisco Bay, near Richmond, when it became apparent that no one knew whether the bridge could be negotiated safely. Images of our train plunging 80 feet into the bay appeared to us all, and just about every passenger on the train headed to the bar car for final goodbye drinks and smokes. Eventually, we got to LA thirteen hours late, time enough to enjoy the Rodney King riot, which had broken out that afternoon. That was the last Amtrak I'll ever take.

I read about this movie months ago, thought it had been released then. Must see for us aging Dead Heads!! (In German, guys like me are known as "old '68ers.")
