  • Who's who?(35)...

I hold the national record for my country in three jump events. My PBs are:

    HJ - 2.24m
    LJ - 8.12m
    TJ - 17.12m

I competed in the 1996 Olympics but underperformed somewhat. Who am I?

How very anti-Entinean of you to ask.

I know, but I can't play cuz I cheated and gh will scold me. It IS an interesting answer, to be sure.

Ah, what the heck. Go ahead and answer. If gh scolds you for cheating then you can counter-scold him for prematurely breaking his New Year's resolution. ;-)

              Correct!

Has there ever been an athlete with such a good range in the jumping events? At the time he set those marks, they would no doubt have been enough to qualify for any given major champs. Pretty impressive stuff!

                HJ & LJ & TJ
Richard Duncan of Canada was pretty versatile a few years ago. His bests were 2.25, 8.19 and 16.62. Not quite comparable in the TJ.
Who knows what Christian Olsson (2.28-17.79) could do in the LJ? I would imagine 8.12 would be possible should he focus on that event. However, that is not likely to happen.
