A guy with whom I was on the Daily Bruin sports writing staff at UCLA around 1982-83 named Tom Feuer is the most knowledgeable track expert I've ever known. In recent years, he's done color commentary on Fox Sports coverage of the Pac-10 and Big-12 meets. If you're out there, Tom, send me an e-mail (by clicking where my name is highlighted).
