I've just read this page and feel like someone slipped LSD in my lemonade. How long will it take for my brain to clear?

      Jeff and Jim Kramer

As another poster mentioned, the Kramers did their high school running for Shaker Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
They graduated in 1970. In that Spring, the Kramers formed half of an outstanding four-mile relay team from Shaker, which ran 17:48.6 at the West Tech Relays. Jeff anchored in 4:20.2, while Jim chipped in with a 4:26.5 split. It was the second-fastest time ever run in Ohio at the time. Jeff's best mile time at Shaker was 4:18.2, while Jim ran the 880y in 1:55.9. Jeff finished 3rd in the 1969 Ohio state high school meet with a 9:20.3, though neither brother qualified for state's in 1970. Good to see their outstanding progression at Navy.

Hey, imagine if triplets or quadruplets had similar outstanding talent? Guess that's the next step:-)

I vaguely remember that in the early '90's there were triplets (girls) who ran high school track in Texas. Their last name was Sangalang. I don't remember their first name, and I don't think they ever did anything in college.
