                      Pego, I believe that is the correct answer...

                      Carter won the 1980 NCAA shotput with a 20,40m effort, the 1981 with a 21,00m heave and the 1983 NCAA shot with a 20,90m effort. Carter played on the 1985 49er team which defeated Miami 38/16 in front of 84,059 at Stanford Stadium.
