Despite having faith in polling, it is threads like this that could cause one to think that McCain/Palin are actually going to win Tuesday.

If americans get a good close look at the san francisco circus and decide instead to go home and make some popcorn and watch a wholesome movie we could be looking at a GOP presidency.

Joe Biden is great when she asks if Obama is a Marxist because he wants to "spread the wealth around" he looks bewildered and says "Are you joking? Is that a serious question?".

I think there's no video that better demonstrates the problem with American talk radio than Chris Matthews' interview with right-wing talk show host Kevin James. In May, Bush went before the Israeli Knesset and called Obama and appeaser. Matthews discusses it with his two guests and when he senses that James is an ignoramus, he goes in for the kill. Overnight, James became a national laughing stock, but unfortunately, a large percentage of voters on the right still get all of their information from people just like him.

She probably had Miss Sweden in the wings.

You just don't get such ridiculously biased presenters in Britain. Certainly not on something that purports to be a news show. It's just embarrassing.

She's obviously a graduate of the Sean Hannity school of journalism. This video shows the same woman interviewing John McCain.

Barbara West did last week with Joe Biden

I had not seen that one before. What's interesting is that it has been uploaded to youtube many times. Just read the titles, you can tell whether the uploader was left or right leaning. Clearly the right thought she was a tough interview for Biden. I have to disagree, he pretty much crushed each question. She didn't even followup on his responses.

Flumpy, Chris Matthews occasionally does the type of interviews that I think you would appreciate like when he when after right-wing Congresswoman Michele Bachmann a couple of weeks ago. If she gets voted out of her very conservative district on Tuesday, this exchange will be the reason why. However, if an interviewer goes to far, like Barbara West did last week with Joe Biden, they'll get boycotted. This exchange lead to Obama cutting off all access to his campaign personnel from this TV station and pulling all of his commercials off the station.

Yeah saw both of these. I love the bit where that ridiculous woman says "What is your response to people who say that Barack Obama will want to turn America into a socialist country much like ....wait for it......... SWEDEN" WTF???:lol:

Flumpy, Chris Matthews occasionally does the type of interviews that I think you would appreciate.

Despite showing his bias on both sleeves he does stand up for what he considers "good guys" from GOP. As far as i can tell it comes down to how far down the dirty trick path they are willing to go.

I was in New York during September just after Palin was nominated for VP (It was during that time of lipstick on a pig nonsence that made me despair for the American public if it's thaty kind of crap that the media focus' on) and was really impressed by CNN. It seemed to be genuinely 'Fair and balanced' and had some really good reporters who doing there very best to stay on track during extremely trying times.

Obviously nothing comparable to the BBC but certainly way better than i remember from when i used to get CNN Worldwide.
