Some pretty funny stuff here... Walmart feels victimized by bad press about the inadequacy of their health plans (and admits that critics are correct in saying that a lot of their employees are below poverty level and elegible for welfare benefits) so the solutions include:

1) Hire more part time workers who won't be eligible for health insurance for a long time (hopefully they'll get a better job before then!)

2) Have cashiers go out to round up shopping carts to promote fitness!

3) Hire healthier workers so they won't complain about how bad the health coverage is!

A friend worked at Wally World in college. She said that if you were full-time, you were only guaranteed a minimum of 24 hours per week. No one ever actually hit 40 since there was the risk of overtime if you worked late. Kind of hard to survive on those wages if you can't even work a full week consistently.
