Twenty-seven days later, in mid-September, it was time for my second shot. It was the same drill—tiny, nearly painless prick—but this time, the after effects were much different when I got home from the lab. My arm ached within the hour, and I was so sleepy I knocked out by 9 p.m., only to be awoken a few hours later by a serious case of the chills. For the next 30 hours, I rarely got out of bed. I maintained a low-grade fever and rode a merry-go-round of sweats, chills, body aches, and extreme fatigue.

Cannot remember if I posted this but one of my partners got her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine Thursday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. Friday she was feeling bad enough she canceled her afternoon in the office, fever of 102, body aches, chills, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Even on Monday her stomach was still not back to normal. That's about the worst I've heard of for side effects.

On serious side effects...
From the GA COVID-19 newsletter:
"As of Friday, there have been 165 people with serious events associated with an ER visit out of 12.2+ million people who have started the vaccine series (or 0.000013%)"

meanwhile, in Oklahoma.....
Only about 2,000 people speak the Cherokee language fluently. The tribe is saving some vaccine doses for them

Friends, your hair is not that complicated or critical, you are not a super model.. go to walmart and buy one of those electric trimmers and have your wife work some magic on your thinning crown. No one will know the difference.
Please end the drama, 11 months is enough.

I am super picky, so my wife is the ONLY to have touched my hair in over 30 years. She does it parfait.Last edited by Atticus; 01-20-2021, 08:53 PM.
