Not yet. But Serbia is neither a Schengen country nor an EU member. I suspect there will be violence in the stands during Djokovic matches at the Australian Open. The Serbs in attendance (and Novak has traditionally bought tickets there to give to his supporters) aren't going to take kindly to the boos from a portion of the remaining crowd. And I can't imagine that there won't be boos. It's gonna be ugly if Novak winds up playing. Will France (or Indian Wells, Rome, Madrid) want a repeat? Miami likely OK, since Novak is probably a hero in Florida.

    3) Filed for exemption from vaccination requirement with Tennis Australia after 16 Dec + test, although the deadline date was 10 Dec
    4) Appeared at children’s school knowing his C19 test result was pending
    5) Flew to Spain and/or Serbia within 14-day period of no-travel before entering Australia
    6) Incorrectly stated on Visa form that he had not violated the 14-day period of no-travel
    7) C19 tests have varied dates, varied results, and out of sync code #s according to Der Spiegel, no consistency in dates or results

Why is he still in Australia???
Hopefully, Alex Hawke, Australia's Minister of Immigration will cancel his visa, have him arrested, taken in to custody, and deported for committing the various criminal offences you refer to.

For some reason I think Macron outranks the Sports Minister and as it will likely be good politics for his presidential election campaign, I reckon he will likely try and stop Djokovic entering France.

Many countries have a regulation that you can't get a visa if deported from another country.

In the meantime a female Czech tennis player, Renata Voracova, has also been taken into immigration custody to be deported as well.

By refusing to leave and challenging Australia border control in court is a huge risk for Djokovic. If he loses he will be banned from returning to Australia for 3 years as an ecluded person.

This status will also impact on his ability to be able to enter the USA, UK, France and many other countries.

I am betting there are a fair amount of folks outside the SEC hoping for a double COVID outbreak for both teams before next week’s game. Not to get anyone really sick but just to hold up the game. As for me, I am not enough of a football fan to care very much.

With Macron's anti ant-vaxxer outburst today, msybe the French will refuse Djokovic entry into France.
